Thank you for choosing Bubble Fish. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving it. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order from the UK

We offer free postage to UK addresses by Roya Mail 2nd Class Service.

Order from outside of the UK

We offer a flat rate of £8 for postage to non UK addresses, free international shipping if your order is over £50.

Return & Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at bubblefishes@proton.me and provide proof of purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
